New High-Ritual mechanic and UI update

I've added a new High-Ritual mechanic that lets you spend souls to get cards with BOTH free placement AND build-anywhere perks. You unlock it after building the Ritual Alta. Unlike regular rituals that only give one bonus, High-Ritual gives you both.
The main issue I wanted to tackle was how painful the UI becomes in late game - hovering over tiny goal lists was driving me crazy. So I've completely overhauled the building information system.
What's New:
High-Ritual Mechanic
- Optional soul spending for premium cards
- Unlocks after Ritual Alta
- Gives both free + build-anywhere bonuses
Better Building Information
- Full building details on tile hover
- "Available next to" preview on card hover
- Full building names now show in all "Available next to" tooltips
- Goal list reveals details when new cards appear
- Soul spend/earn preview on card hover
UI Polish
- Improved ritual card hover experience
- New card indicator animation
- Various typo fixes
This should make late-game management way less frustrating while adding some strategic depth with the High-Ritual system.
